Axel has a degree in International Relations and is certified in digital marketing by the Tec Milenio university. Additionally, he has taken courses on multidimensional poverty and social deprivation by the National Council for the Evaluation of Social Development Policy in Mexico and the Inter-American Development Bank.

He has worked as a professor and also as a communication specialist in different areas of the public sector, among which the Government of the State of Mexico stands out. With more than seven years of experience, he is passionate about managing media campaigns and visual production, a space from which he has fought for social inclusion and respect for minorities, as well as vulnerable groups. He is convinced of the power of education to close inequality gaps and break generational chains of vulnerability. He currently collaborates with Movilizatorio México, where he works as a communications strategist.
