Cecilia Ortiz is a Mexican woman whose main motivation is social and environmental impact generation. Her passion is to help build more just and peaceful societies with equal opportunities for everyone in Mexico and Latin America.

Cecilia is a communicologist with a specialty in political communication and a master's degree in Innovation economics and management. Coordination between several stakeholders in the private, social and public sector is one of her expertise areas. She has been mentor and consultant for more than 40 Latin American social enterprises on several topics as business model, social innovation, pitch and impact measurement issues.

Cecilia has more than 7 years of experience  in design, management and evaluation of social projects and programs. She have had the opportunity to lead more than 30 projects at national and international level.

Cecilia is a social researcher, she has carried out and published several studies. Her main research topics are discrimination in entrepreneurship, social innovation, power relations between genders, industry 4.0 and smart cities.

Cecilia has multi-sector experience since she has worked in various organizations of the private and social sector with international scope, where she has held executive and managerial positions.
