Daniela is a psychologist from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, focused on the management of social, corporate, and educational projects. She currently supports the strategic development of digital advocacy and behavior change campaigns at Movilizatorio. Her two biggest passions are social causes and education.
Social causes have been addressed through psychosocial accompaniment and work with communities, seeking the empowerment of people in vulnerable conditions and implementing methodologies such as the systematization of experiences and participatory action research, among others. In education, it has ventured in three ways, through dialogic pedagogy and the competencies model: First, through quality and experience management of an educational entrepreneur called Programa TU. Secondly, providing personalized educational support to students, groups, and parents within the aforementioned program. Third, serving as a pedagogical coordinator at Fundación Podemos, where she advised teachers on the design and transformation of school curricula.
She has experience in the development of qualitative market research. She also knows closely the field of customer experience as she implemented, monitored, and analyzed corporate service indicators at Cine Colombia S.A. for several years. Daniela speaks Spanish and English and is learning Portuguese. She considers volunteering processes an immensely powerful way to contribute to society, which is why she is currently a professional volunteer for Best Buddies Colombia foundation. Her favorite words: Empowerment, empathy, innovation, and transformation.
