Business administrator, marketing specialist, and magister in innovation. She has more than 20 years of professional experience exercising roles as a teacher, entrepreneur, consultant in innovation and development of business models, cooperative, and project manager.
She began his professional career in project management, leading strategies for new products and services development. She had the opportunity to lead his own consulting company in the development of innovation processes and methodologies, new business development, and innovative culture, working with companies, universities, and public and private institutions in Colombia. Served as deputy director of the Mi Sangre Foundation, leading the administrative and financial management of the organization and its projects, the strategy, and control of the activities related to the missionary work of the Foundation. Led a USAID program in partnership with the private sector in Colombia, whose objective was to contribute to inclusive and sustainable rural economic development in the Bajo Cauca region, Antioquia. For more than 3 years, she had the responsibility of leading institutional relationships, strategic planning, and the direction, supervision, and control of the activities related to the missionary, administrative and financial work of the Alliance.
In Movilizatorio leads the institutional area, contributing her experience in financial, administrative, strategic planning, alliances, and project management issues, to continue promoting the importance of the role of citizens and to empower them as leaders and agents of change.
Her life purpose is to contribute to creating a more just and equitable society that generates social development, strengthening the potential of people to transform themselves and their environment.
