Industrial Designer from Javeriana University with a postgraduate degree in Smart mobility from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (Barcelona - Spain). His professional career has passed through private industry and entrepreneurship, as well as the public sector (Country and city).
During his time in the public sector, he had the opportunity to work for vulnerable populations in both Colombia and Bogotá, creating projects such as "Un graffiti por el cuidado" that its target was to increse public gardens care and also to increase the sense of belonging of them, as well as the reconstruction of the social skin of the surrounding communities.
In the private sector, he had the opportunity to design and develop different sustainable mobility vehicles, like the first electric and wind powered car made 100% in Colombia.
At an international level, he was the winner of the European Institute of Innovation & Technology (EIT) Citython contest, which consisted of finding a way to make the inhabitants of the city of Bilbao aware of not exceeding the new speed limit of the city (30km/h ), This project expected to be implement in mid-2022.
Likewise, he was a finalist in the RAPTOR contest, again from the EIT with its i-share Project.
So, the main objective was to optimizing the mobility resources of visitors and inhabitants of the Tour & Taxis neighborhood of Brussels, generating circular economy, environmental awareness, social recognition, and social interaction.
