Liceth studied psychology at the Catholic University of Colombia and is a specialist in Management for Organizational Development from the University of Cundinamarca, with certifications in management selection by competencies, internal auditing and related.

He has worked for more than 9 years in companies in the health, retail and call center services industry, in everything related to human resources, holding positions as Human Talent Coordinator and professional of human talent and performing functions such as creation and execution of processes of recruitment and selection by competencies, induction of workers, corporate communications, worker welfare, education, development, training and health and safety at work. It has the ability to maintain effective communication, adapt to changes and a high sense of responsibility, as well as resourcefulness.

He enjoys listening to music, exercising, traveling, reading, and helping people in need. She is currently the Coordinator of Human Management of Movilizatorio and is structuring the area, implementing the processes of selection, well-being, climate and organizational culture, trying to guarantee the well-being of her collaborators and the improvement of the quality of life of all the members of the Mobilizing family. She speaks Spanish and she is studying English.
