Vanessa is Industrial Engineer from Los Andes University, with emphasis in organizational management and social systems engineering. Before joining Movilizatorio, she was part of the Teach for all network, Enseña por Colombia. There, Vanessa was Echo for two years in Bogota and currently she is Alumni of the network.

Also, she was Analyst and Selector for the organization in 2020. Vanessa was also part of the international organization World Vision, in which she supported in Colombia as agent and translator of different social projects, attending visits of international partners, presenting and reporting progress to the partners, in the achieving of the results of the organizational programs.

In addition, previously, in 2016, she did her professional internship in World Vision Mexico as Industrial Engineer, where she was in charge of researching and systematizing information of the design and implementation process of ongoing projects, creating procedure manuals for key organizational processes, making redesign proposals of social projects in the organization, among others.
